All service(s) and product(s), including this website, are provided by The Cutting Shack Hair Salon and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Use of this website and online appointment booking system are at the sole discretion of the user.
These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. When booking an appointment, receiving any service(s) and/or buying product(s) at The Cutting Shack Hair Salon you hereby agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth within this agreement.
We may, if necessary and/or time allowing, need to add to or change your service(s) depending on what is agreed upon during the consultation. Service pricing may increase or decrease to reflect the actual service(s) you will receive.
You agree to attend your appointment at the scheduled time. We understand that from time-to-time certain circumstances may prevent you from being on time or you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Please inform us prior to your appointment if you will be late. If you are over 15 minutes late, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid scheduling conflicts. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We reserve the right to not accept and/or to cancel any future appointments for any person who fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
We reserve the right to implement and to charge a no-show fee for any missed (no-show) appointments. No-show fees will be added on top of any service(s) we may accept for you in the future and will be based on a percentage of the cost of the missed service(s) and be no more than 50% of the total cost of the service(s).
Due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness and other circumstances out of our control, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will inform you ahead of your appointment time, or as quickly as is possible for us to do so, of any changes to your appointment.
We stand by what we do and endeavor to provide you with service(s) to the best of our abilities and knowledge and to ensure you are happy with the service and quality of the work you receive. All service(s) provided and any product(s) sold to you are required to be paid for in full prior to leaving the salon.
There are no refunds on service(s) provided. No service(s) will be provided free of charge unless first authorized and/or agreed to by management.
If you are, within reason, not satisfied with the outcome of the service(s) you have received then we welcome you to let us know prior to leaving the salon and/or to get in touch with us within 5 days after receiving the service(s). If, after thorough consultation, fault is found with our service(s), we will provide a solution and necessary services at no extra cost at a convenient time for both parties.
All hair product(s) sold and used at The Cutting Shack Hair Salon are of professional salon quality and have undergone thorough quality checks by the manufacturer in order to meet and guarantee the highest standards. If any product purchased from The Cutting Shack Hair Salon is found to be defective, we will offer an exchange for either the same product or another product of equal value if returned within 7 days of original purchase and showing signs of little to no use. There are no refunds on product(s) purchased. A store credit may be given in lieu of product exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse and/or stop any service(s) to any person deemed to be rude, aggressive and/or inappropriate to any member of staff.
The Terms and Conditions stated above are legally binding and you hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions when booking an appointment, receiving any service(s) and/or buying product(s) at The Cutting Shack Hair Salon.
